I sincerely apologize, apparently there was a mis communication on my part.
I didn't just send out the meeting date/time for tom, it has been on the left side of upcoming dates on the left side of blog to mark on your calendars.
I will get with Lisa Royce and resch as only two people can attend.
I will send a blast email out with the new date after I confim with Lisa Royce to re reserve the room.
